Hello! I'm Eileen
and I enjoy baking and taking photographs of anything, everything. I love
coffee, anything sweet, breakfast, going to weddings, travelling and a good
book. One day I hope to open a café and also travel around the world. When I'm
not baking/cooking I'm most likely pinning, stalking other food blogs (and
bookmarking a gazillion recipes) or procrastinating with some tv.
I still remember a
few years back when I first read a recipe (for tiramisu I think) where the
instructions said to "beat eggwhites until stiff peaks form" - and straight away I was like what?! How on earth could eggs, which I eat for breakfast and cook with, turn snow white and glossy looking just like hair mousse? So when it actually happened, I was mind blown. And yep it happened to me again when I had to whip up some thickened cream… haha.
